Request a Meet & Greet!

A Meet & Greet allows you to get to get to know our company and allows us to understand your pet’s needs. You will meet with a manager and we will answer any questions you have and review all of our policies with you in detail.

Services like boarding and daycare may also require an on-location evaluation prior to start of services, which we will discuss at your Meet & Greet.

Please have your pet’s vet & vaccination records ready to share with us at this meeting. We accept either a paper copy or a digital/emailed copy from your vet’s web portal.

Most Meet & Greets will be scheduled for weekday evenings and are usually scheduled about two weeks out, so please plan ahead and inquire well before services are required. (Expedited Meet & Greets are available on a case-by-case basis for a $35 last minute scheduling fee paid at the time of scheduling.)
